Pros

Complimentary nights in other FS properties if there is availablility on the calendar.

Cons

Very poor food selection in the employees cafeteria. Cost cutting on everything that should be provided for the line staff as a benefits according to the contract. No work/life balance. Working 2-3 weeks in a row without day off to cover the shortage of staff. Overtime hours not paid.
