      Pros

      Strong culture with excellent training and promotion opportunities. The company likes to promote from within. Fair salary and benefits, similar to other hotel brands of that caliber. Great service standards. Great opportunities to travel.

      Cons

      Not a company known for its food and beverage program... despite what they tell you. Not the right company for the chef focused on developing his skills as a culinary. Nice people but arrogant management that lacks experience outside of the four seasons

      Pros

      I work in the spa and its like a family. everyone is close and will always be on hand to help if needed. there perks that the company give you such as nights away in any four seasons hotel around the world is mind blowing. They also give you the opportunity to travel with work. This is a company who will always look to promote from within which bodes well for the future.

      Cons

      They tend to have staff on 24 hour Flexi contracts instead of 40 hour ones which is sometimes not well received by staff when hours are cut due to quiet business. there is a lot of different management through the hotel but it seems that some departments are left to do things themselves and quite often things aren't up to standards because of this.
