Pros

free time, work with pleasure and how to do your job is extremally different, sometimes better sometimes ansious, but, in general is a very good experience

Cons

No salary at the end of the mouth, ansioslly to get more jobs and money. In fact, is like any others freelancer or autonomous job.

Pros

One year at Freelancer is like 5 years at another company, progression is great and you'll get a great title - that is, if you manage to stay, and don't expect any salary increase with title changes.

Cons

I am only writing this to advise others to refrain from joining this workplace. Here is why: - The leadership team is...indescribable. Prepare to be sworn at, your work and your intelligence ridiculed, and to be humiliated in emails that are sent to the entire company. The worst part is that there is no HR. - The in-house legal team makes you wonder how they possibly obtained a law degree. But when you realise that the legal team and the Leadership team are all friends within the Sydney socialist circles, it starts to make sense - they definitely weren't hired because of intelligence or talent. Get ready to be bullied by them; they're anti-immigration and openly homophobic so give Freelancer a miss if you value your sanity. - They do not provide any kind of employee support. They previously refused to give time off for people with mental health disorders, that resulted in resultant court cases (google it). - The company is floundering - there is no growth and it will slowly die. Never work for a company that is struggling, it won't get you anywhere. - The pay is much below industry standard. Pigs are much more likely to fly than you getting a raise. How else is the leadership team meant to afford their Hummers (seriously).
