      Future is an inclusive and caring business to work for. With a huge number of household brand names and a range of departments, from editorial to IT to finance to wine(!) there is a challenging, rewarding role here for anyone looking to progress their career.

      Loads of activity, all about action. It's nice to work in a place where there are big ambitions and they are supported. Having worked in other media businesses, it's fast-paced and has high expectations.

      It's a big business now and sometimes difficult to navigate.

      Good company to work for - great brands, talented colleagues, good culture

      Pros

      Really nice offices in London, Bath, NYC Talented and dedicated colleagues who really care about their brands and know their stuff inside out. Good benefits - unlimited holiday, part remote working for all, share incentive scheme and bonus. Company performs well and has delivered really good growth, so all staff can share in success.

      Cons

      It's fast paced and everyone here works hard, but that isn't a con for all.
