Expansion has slowed down progressive benefits

Pros

Unlimited annual leave is a big positive and the people that work there are what makes it a nice place to work

Cons

Slow to match any career progression with the correct salary and in recent years has taken on a much more corporate tone. Coming out of lockdowns, the company misjudged their working from home policy massively.

Multiple opportunities, space to learn and develop

Pros

Opportunity to develop and gain exposure to various different elements to the role and you are trusted and supported to make decisions. I’ve had the chance to expand skills and knowledge which is great for career aspirations and I’ve witnessed many success stories of internal promotions across the company.

Cons

Some systems and process should be redefined to increase efficiencies - especially when the Company grows fast.
