Looks after its people Good benefits and work/life balance (mainly) Decent professional development landscape Was really forward looking and innovative under former (female) leadership Hugely respected and admired brands within the wider portfolio

Resource-light! Too many very busy people covering multiple bases Disconnection between brands/depts (not uncommon in large orgs) Has lost some of its agility - and possibly, its sense of purpose - as it has grown Can be cut-throat when the going gets tough

Unlimited leave is nice, even if they don't encourage you to take it. Profit Pool payout scheme is also nice, although they haven't given a bonus for 2 years.

Cons
