      Chaos across the board

      Pros

      - Senior job title - Easy going immediate team

      Cons

      - Unlimited PTO in lieu of a competitive salary - Unorganized processes with zero desire for changes to improve efficiency - Responsible for duties not included in original job posting - Day to day process prioritized over big picture - Did not utilize team's skills to improve growth of division - High turn around rate - mostly hires people who are just out of school or have entry level experience - Lack of diversity - Lack of committees for communication across the company and teams - Response to COVID wasn't clear

      Pros

      Global org experience, fast paced and lots of really talented and lovely people to work with. I currently have a brilliant opportunity to learn and develop in my role. The VCP is a really good benefit and the bonus at Christmas was great!! We also had a 2 week break for the Christmas holidays which I haven't ever had before. I know there is a fair amount of unrest but from what I can see, the people at the top care and want to listen to the teams - that said, it is a business which expects certain outputs.

      Cons

      Some of the areas seem a bit disconnected due to the very quick growth and probably due to remote working. Lots of processes seem lacking and inefficient but I know people are working to streamline these. Due to the pace the business moves at work can get halted and changed direction which is frustrating but most places I have worked have been the same.

      Many hardworking, smart people that understand the reality of the environment Good brands Strong financial performance

      CEO, no vision for anything other than her own gain and reputation Entirely driven by profit targets that are meaningless to 99% of the organisation Fear-driven culture – most people just hope to get through meetings without getting shouted at or made to look stupid CEO appointed her brother as CRO and now for US despite never having worked in the US. His ascent was a running joke at the company but it’s not funny anymore ELT are just robotic messengers HR is hugely under-resourced – leaders keep changing, impossible to keep up No real investment in brands and websites now horrible to use Too many people are fired / let go without any real understanding. Everyone is always worried that they are next
