      All day-to-day peers are talented legends

      Cons

      Terrible salaries unless senior management. Absolutely no career progression. Absolutely no care for diligent staff. Utterly impotent management right up to (almost) the very top of the pile. People & Culture department completely useless.

      The publication that I am with is a great match for me so hard to find negatives. I am happy with the salary, the benefits, the team, my boss and the style of work that I am doing.

      Haven’t discovered the cons yet. My team is small so I can imagine if you are there for a long period of time, you might see it as a lack of progress opportunities.

      Unintelligent management Burnout culture Coercive control Zero remuneration Bandwagoning on ethnic and lgbt+ diversity/inclusion without any reflection within workforce. Career limiting.
