      Pros

      Pretty good work-live balance. People do work pretty hard but it's not like you're expected to non-stop or late nights; just do your work and when you're done, you're done. The people are young, fun and nice. It's a great place to start when you're looking for a first job out of college. You won't be compensated amazingly, but there's room to grow then.

      Cons

      Compensation at the beginning is tough. Living in DC, which has some of the highest cost of living, is a challenge on the low salary.

      Pros

      Working at SB, you know what you're in for each day. It's a very consistent place to work. Staff is generally happy--I woke up almost every day genuinely happy to start work. Most roles are flex/remote, which is great for people who have changes in life circumstances.

      Cons

      Zero opportunity for upward mobility. Most management has been promoted within. They aren't necessarily qualified, but SB rewards loyalty, so those in management stay. Great for them; not as great for bringing in fresh ideas or more qualified professionals.

      Great work life balance, you'll be fine as long as you show up

      Cons

      Not a place you come and want to stay at. Outdated processes, boring, everyone clocks in and out for the day without going above and beyond
