You're right. Being a part of a big company means things don't always move super quickly. And with the volume of change at Future this year, it can be difficult to even know what the structure of this organisation looks like. It's something we're working on, and being able to express your thoughts on what isn't working is a big part of what helps us grow and improve. That having been said, a core principal of this company is taking chances on things you feel are the right move. If you feel like you're being limited in some way, it may be worth having that conversation with your immediate supervisor.

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond, it really means a lot when everyone shares their honest opinions of what it's like to work here. And you're right, this is a strange company. Future has had a tumultuous couple of years, and the landscape of this organisation has changed dramatically in that time. Growth like this is impossible to predict and that kind of uncertainty can be problematic at times. What's important is the stuff that happens next, where we can identify those rough spots and use our collective skills to address them. And it's clear those changes have been happening all over even in the middle of a pandemic.
