      Pros

      Unlimited vacation? They're nice and want to create a positive TEAM environment right up to the minute they fire you with a severely poor severance package.

      Cons

      You're just a number to them. They acquire you and then they fire you and then, they gut your company.

      First off, I’m really happy you feel like we work hard to create a positive team environment. It’s something we really strive towards, because every voice in our many groups genuinely does matter. As for money grubbing, each of our offices offers dedicated evening events for everyone to get together and have drinks, which the company pays for. This is on top of a profit-sharing offer at the end of each year and unlimited holiday, among many other things. Best of luck wherever you land next, though.

      Amazing teams - work hard, always happy and friend. A good atmosphere in the office Annual Bonus Great holiday allowance Plenty of help to progress in the company

      Cons

      Massive work load and the company is constantly expanding however with my expanding work load does NOT come an increase in pay or appreciation for absorbing the work load.

      Thanks so much for adding your positivity to the world! You’re absolutely right about the massive changes at Future this year. We’ve grown a lot, and growth means change for everyone. But to help with that, we’ve also been paying a great deal more, both in our end of the year bonuses and by continuing to earn our Living Wage accreditation in the UK. There’s always room for us to improve, but a lot of that improvement is also going to come from the rush of new ideas and personalities from our exciting new co-workers!

      New to Future but so far so good

      I work for the organization formerly known as Mobile Nations, which Future acquired and is now the division called Future Labs. So this review is basically of my experience at Mobile Nations, now part of Future. I don't have much experience with the company yet, but what I have seen, including a company-wide US conference last month, has been positive. Impressive and transparent leadership team Ability to work remotely Amazing stable of publications and websites Incredibly passionate and hard-working team Willingness to try new things

      Cons

      Again, I don't have much experience with Future yet, but first impression is that it's a very large company and maybe not the most agile at times.

      One of the best things about the people we’ve incorporated into the Future fam over the last couple of years is the unique perspectives they bring to this larger organization. And yeah, generally speaking larger companies aren’t going to move quite as quickly as smaller teams. But thanks to people like you, we can work together to identify ways to improve and grow together. Basically, thanks for being a part of the team. Please don’t ever hesitate to share you thoughts on how we can all be better
