Pros

The learning & development opportunities at Future have been great. There is ample opportunity to learn from others at the company and explore different areas of interest. Everyone is so kind and open to meeting or helping out with a project! The benefits & perks are great, especially the ability to use the Future app for free. Working remote is super flexible and they are extremely understanding about taking time off.

Cons

It's definitely a fast paced environment, which not be everyones cup of tea.
