      We love our clients too - when we say we're part of the audience and part of the community we mean every audience we serve: readers, advertisers, colleagues. It's great to hear that you really felt this. We know we've got some work to do when it comes to making the career progression in Future clearer for people - when you've grown through as many acquisitions as we have, it can get a little complex. We've just started the first part of that piece of work by defining our job families and we think that and the other stuff we have planned will really help people see where in Future they can make their career fly.

      Opportunity to develop and gain exposure to various different elements to the role and you are trusted and supported to make decisions. I’ve had the chance to expand skills and knowledge which is great for career aspirations and I’ve witnessed many success stories of internal promotions across the company.

      Some systems and process should be redefined to increase efficiencies - especially when the Company grows fast.
