Thanks for your response - we appreciate the feedback. We're all about hard work and dedication to our brands here at Future, and our people are our top priority. Future has successfully transitioned from a print publishing business to a global, multi-platform media business. This has taken a lot of flexibility and has, of course, meant for some changes to the overall structure of the team. Innovation is at the core of what we do and the people in the team need to reflect this in order for us to achieve on our strategy. We're heavily investing in resource across the business; however, it's key to note that we are always conscious of where and how we are best investing. On the back of our recent annual conference, it's great to see how engaged employees are - there really is a lot of excitement for the possibilities that the next year brings, both for individual employee development and our larger strategic goals. We're always at pains to make sure our staff are as involved in high-level decisions as possible and, as such, we're keen to receive constant feedback from current and former employees. Thanks for the response. Future is proud to have passionate colleagues who love what they do. It's because of this that we are doing well in the market.
