      A bold company with big ambitions

      Pros

      Some incredibly talented individuals across the business. Driven and open management who try to keep everyone informed as much as possible. Excellent team mates who are really passionate about what they work on - which makes a good working environment. Everyone's feedback is valid and everyone has the chance to voice their opinions. The senior management team are totally across everything that's going on which is so refreshing to see and they're really supportive when it comes to trying new things.

      Cons

      The company has been through tough times and changes really quickly to try to stay ahead which means that people who have been at the company for a while can feel unsettled. I would say that if you're the sort of person who likes 'to grab the bull by the horns' and love working at lightning pace then this company would be great for you to get stuck in. But not for those looking for an easy ride.

      Great Atmosphere and Opportunities

      Pros

      - Great working attitude; Everyone works exceptionally hard and are willing to help out with any questions/queries, no matter how busy - People; Everyone is very easy to get on with and are always up for a bit of a laugh, creating a great working atmosphere - Responsibility; If you're prepared to get stuck in and help out, this is rewarded with increased responsibilities

      Cons

      - Graduate Scheme; There seems to be no solid plans surrounding the graduate scheme, which was introduced somewhat as an afterthought and has lacked any kind of 'steering' - The plans that were originally drawn up mid-way through the scheme haven't really materialized - Socials; There aren't enough planned work socials, everything is arranged outside of work - Roles; Both a pro and a con - Whilst the seeming lack of a fixed role allows you to experience different areas of the business and ensures that there is never a dull moment, the lack of clear structure can be frustrating at times with no clear direction

      Thanks for your responses; we really appreciate the time it takes and value and feedback that can improve our processes. It's great to hear the passion and attitude of our employees reflected in your comments. The graduate programme was a new initiative and, as with any initiative first time round, there are things that work well and others that need to be ironed out. We're proud to say that we've learned a great deal from this and our current grad scheme is on the right track and each year we hope to make the scheme bigger and better. This is only possible with everyone's feedback, so thank you. We now have a specially designed induction programme, multiple training opportunities, careers seminars with our leadership team and regular appraisals. Our primary aim is to allow graduates to pursue the career they want and we're happy to make changes along the way in order to do so. We have an annual company conference followed by a company-wide social, along with some great Christmas parties. We encourage our teams to host their own socials throughout the year as a means of fostering a friendly and collaborative environment.

      Pros

      Everyone that works here is hard-working, passionate about their titles and supportive. The vibe in the office is quite relaxed, and you are trusted to get on with your job.

      Cons

      Offices could do with a lick of paint and new carpets. And maybe one day the lift will be repaired!
