There is little to no mentoring or career growth. Maybe even the opposite. I have yet to meet a manager that actually takes the time to learn the strengths of the staff. The office is located in the middle of nowhere. You have to drive to food or hope there is a good food truck nearby. If you have to drive south to food, you must first drive about a mile north, then backtrack that same mile south before starting your southbound journey.

Everything. The executive has no direction. I've seen and heard management talk badly about each other because it's cut throat and not real leaders. The current president is Rachelle Considine and she's awful as far as a leader goes. She might be good at Sales but NOT the rest of the business. We've been focused on 'digital' efforts for over a year with no deals in sight. print is dying and so is future. It's sad that people spend a majority of their time updating their resume and going to interviews. I can't help but wonder if the company really worked if they'd be somewhat successful.
