      Awesome people, flexible hours. Ability to experience fun events and help make a difference in terms of overall company growth.

      Location, lack of leadership in some management positions, company constantly seems in flux with a lack of direction

      Pros

      Their brands cover a wide range of products. Lots of tax write-offs. The employees are good, hard-working people with diverse interests and talents.

      Cons

      There is little to no mentoring or career growth. Maybe even the opposite. I have yet to meet a manager that actually takes the time to learn the strengths of the staff. The office is located in the middle of nowhere. You have to drive to food or hope there is a good food truck nearby. If you have to drive south to food, you must first drive about a mile north, then backtrack that same mile south before starting your southbound journey.
