      Brilliant people, poor management

      Pros

      There are some really great people working here, which is the only reason I stayed. The London office is in a good location with shops/pubs etc nearby, and there's an on-site cafe.

      Cons

      Salary below industry average, poor working atmosphere (they see anyone who doesn't work late as 'slacking'), too many corners are cut in terms of hiring staff to replace those who have left - even if the work still needs to be done. I was offered very little in the way of training and development, and was never sure if promotion was really an option here.

      - Great coworkers who are passionate about what they do - Casual environment - Ability to work on a variety of projects - Bagel Fridays!

      Cons

      - Confused leadership, one month it's one direction and the next it's something else - Top heavy with management - Tons of talented people without enough resources to do really amazing stuff
