      Monotonous, uncreative work Publish content that encourages fast fashion and other unsustainable content John Steinberg doesn't value or invest in print despite it being a cornerstone of the business

      Was fun working there at the time.

      Cons

      Keep seeing reposts of videos where I wrote the script. They've cut out the credits portion of the video and obviously haven't been compensated for It.

      Lovely company, lovely culture, compensation lacking

      Pros

      Good culture and everyone is accessible from exec down. Flexible working nice office and free coffee fruit and a lot of days lunch from local companies. Free to be yourself.

      Cons

      Compensation package and benefits lacking for someone working in my field but to be expected from a publishing company i guess. Also there is progression opportunity's but not much opportunity for training outside management training.
