Everything. The executive has no direction. I've seen and heard management talk badly about each other because it's cut throat and not real leaders. The current president is Rachelle Considine and she's awful as far as a leader goes. She might be good at Sales but NOT the rest of the business. We've been focused on 'digital' efforts for over a year with no deals in sight. print is dying and so is future. It's sad that people spend a majority of their time updating their resume and going to interviews. I can't help but wonder if the company really worked if they'd be somewhat successful.

Lack of structure Lack of support Lack of guidance or clarity Clique-y environment that's hard to infiltrate Unclear expectations and unfair treatment when these expectations aren't met Scapegoating when things don't go to plan Big egos unwilling to collaborate and looking to feather their own nest Lots of 'yes men' A somewhat callous attitude to people who don't 'fall in line' Underpaid for expected output at work
