Nepotism - promotions and pay rises are based on who likes who the most. Lack of leadership, not a very good company culture

Pros

Future PLC is out of touch with their workforce and it's cost them extremely good talent. Leadership is not trustworthy nor do they communicate.

Cons

Lack of pay. No follow through on promises made by leadership. Dry promotions are the norm.

Flexibility on WFH or the office

Cons

Teams at every level are working hours far longer than reasonable as more people resign but aren't replaced because salaries are so low and management is poor at attracting talent.
