great magazines, hard working employees, expertise.

Cons

No performance review, no work-life balance, no flexibility, lack of inclusion and diversity, people tent to strive but not connect, highly competitive. Terrible exit.

Dispiriting in editorial

Pros

London office is busy and lots of nice people Pension is quite good

Cons

Not a great place for editorial. Future is an e-commerce business and it’s all about the selling. Content is just content to them. Course they talk a good game about quality and integrity but it’s not backed up. If you are in editorial you can feel at the bottom of the pile.

Great colleagues, diverse workforce, good brands

Cons

Poorly paid, not enough rewards for those who do well and are loyal yet some people seem to get away with doing little. CEO overpaid
