- nice office - flexible wfh - unlimited holiday - good compensation but not worth it for what my mental state was like while working at future

Cons

- people seemed quite inexperienced but very opinionated and would throw you under the bus if something went wrong - unclear direction on role with no equipment/resources to achieve high-quality creative work - weekend work and WhatsApp messages outside of work hours

they have unlimited holiday, the office is nice unless you work on the commercial team

Cons

not a very professional place to work especially on commercial floor, managers promote/ give pay increases to their friends when other people are denied. commercial team in the basement
