Future has a clear sense of purpose and cares 100% about its audience and staff. Its refreshing to work for a company that has articulated its goals, values and objectives so clearly. With a CEO and board that are approachable and keen to receive insight/feedback.

Future provides a welcoming space to work, learn and grow, offering the necessary training and support needed to succeed. Strong initiatives to create a collaborative environment and welcoming community across a large global workforce Feedback from all employees is welcome and encouraged

Lack of personal space - consistent with most moves to open floor plans
