colleagues are generally willing to help good learning experience for ppl figuring out what they want to do in the media/advertising industry

Cons

no trainings other than general company knowledge management does not advocate for what is best for their team process is on stilts

Cookie cutter approach to applying their strategy to all areas doesn’t sit perfectly with many specialisms, relentless pressure can lead to burn out, a mega scale enriching operation for the inner circle of top management
