      Pros

      Good female CEO, profit share options, lots of opportunities to move around as the company portfolio is so massive.

      Cons

      There was a very tricky and chaotic handover from Ti Media to Future plc. Future staff seemed delighted but Ti staff were not. Lots of fairly useless senior Ti media staff ended up getting promoted much higher up than they ought to, simply because they were in the right place at the right time. And there, they remain. Meanwhile, 'unlimited holiday' is the biggest con this side of the Ponzi scheme.
