5yWe couldn't be happier to have you here! Dated technology is frustrating for folks who really enjoy the bleeding edge, but is often useful for security and stability. It's not an easy balance to strike, I would recommend petitioning your supervisor with detailed explanations for why you think we'd be better off adopting new tech.
As for your salary, please make sure you bring this up at your next evaluation or contact People & Culture.
