Pros
Plenty of opportunity to learn and advance your skills through online learning opportunities if you are willing to seek them out.
Cons
All locations are not the same. Many GE locations are the result of acquisitions, so opportunities for advancement and growth are not available at all locations. Top down way of managing leaves out lower level employees from learning GE values and advancing their careers. Lower level managers from acquisitions are often inadequately trained to keep up with GE needs.
