      Pros

      -Great co-workers. -Decent compensation. -Great history. The company is well respected throughout the world. -The company operates with the highest level of integrity.

      Cons

      -The leadership team will not make investments necessary to grow the business. It is strictly a cost-out culture. We live from quarter-to-quarter and no one is brave enough to make a major long-term investment. -Jeff Immelt, the CEO, is a poor leader who has driven our stock price into the toilet. -I am not sure where I go next in regard to my career path.

      GE has hitched its wagon to the Democrat Party and the false religion of Global Warming GE compensation is middle of the road. Health benefits were excellent but will soon be changing for the worse.
