Decisions are based on people and not what's right for the company; Organizations get formed and reformed Way too many org changes - employees have had multiple managers within short periods of time which is a career killer Wrong people get promoted or given opportunities or developed only to disappoint Mediocre management that needs to be replaced , especially the C-suite and middle management Jumps into areas too quickly without much thinking and then pulls out too soon from productive areas Great place to learn stuff, but not a great place to build a career

Morale among staff is poor. Staff are undervalued which is reflected in pay - blanket 1% pay rise for 2015, however expectation to do more with less people, lower budgets greater than ever. Facilities are tired and in need of updating at some sites but budget allocation is restricting projects to renovate the production areas. Many Line managers are incompetent at best, and bullies at worst. There are some great ones, but they are few and far between. Promotions appear to be be prevalent among those who go drinking with the boss.
