      Pros

      Fairly competitive salary and great health benefits. There's also a good feeling associated with helping people cope with or prevent illnesses.

      Cons

      The US business conducts regular headcount reduction exercises, which results in increasing workloads for the remaining employees. Leadership is hit or miss.

      Pros

      Large budget for research and access to the latest technologies. There is a lot of opportunity if you are lucky enough to have a supportive manager

      Cons

      Little training, not much career development or opportunity for advancement unless you have a Ph.D. Indifferent upper management. Employees are overworked. Confusing work flow. Not enough standardized processes. Poor communication between departments.

      Pros

      Flexible work from home once a week (pending diary commitments) Working with great brands. Induction process was very thorough and comprehensive. Location offers on site parking. Yoga and Pilates classes offered during lunch breaks

      Cons

      Under resourced, expectation to work long hours with no recognition. Lots of global calls and late hours. Lack of culture, team environment is no existent. Structure is very lean and proves difficult in day to day workings.
