      You get to work inside the gaming industry World-class company You get to meet very talented people from all over the world Small perks on their bigger studios, like free food, varies from studio to studio Stay for the opportunity to move to a better-paid gaming company

      Below-average salary Upper management completely disconnected from each studio Medium-high crunch time No paid overtime Frequent unsound last-minute changes which translate into massive burn-out CEO is completely disconnected from the company No compensation of any kind for super burn-out

      Good organization to learn - not to stay.

      Pros

      Global organization with a lot of things to learn from in terms of structure, organization, and overall projects. Gameloft was definitely an impressive organization for me to work with. I was always given recognition by my internal peers, had room to grow whithin my department and made great friends there. Overall compensation could be better, but the benefits make up for it.

      Cons

      - HQ management is a total nightmare - Very difficult to handle because they change opinions all the time. The SVP production is nothing less than a tyrant. - I really really hope the above gets improved.
