The worst place without exaggerations

Pros

Clean office with free drinks.

Cons

It is the one-man-show of the President, where he constantly snaps and yells at small things, and never admit his mistakes. Although he is well known in the Japanese gaming industry for having such hot temper, he is much nicer to women, so "most" female workers like the environment. The President is self-centered, as he takes literally, months off of work, but suddenly orders work when you are about to leave at 20:30. Proof of his self-consciousness and self-centered acts, he is always working out, trying to show off his muscles, and barely speaks in Japanese, because he was embarrassed when someone pointed out that he sounded feminine in Japanese. Not a profit making office, but rather just a contact point for customers in Japan. Not many are excited to be in office as people are leaving and joining constantly, and there are just few employees that stay there long.

Okay place to start career but not for long term.

Pros

Great and friendly people to work with. Good place to start your career with good benefits.

Cons

Bad management with micromanaging in every level. Politics from HQ slows down game development and doesn't trust employees to be creative or innovative. Boring projects and there is no self development at all. Oh yeah, pay is almost at a poverty level so don't expect to save money when working here.
