Pros
*Because a lot of work will be given to you, and you will be pushed by HQ and even Studio Manager to your limit, you got to discover yourself that you are capable than what you were thinking of yourself. and this is somehow very helpful to everyone who wants to improve your self. * Co employees are great. have so much fun while working here. love the culture before.
Cons
* you will develop sleeping habits of 2am or up to 4am. * no overtime pay. *doesn't plan ahead of time overtime, you wont have time for your family and friends. *your work is your life if you work in Gameloft Manila. * you got to hear racist comment/s about how bad Filipino's work around the studio. (on a daily basis.) * No positive feedback from the task you've done and have accomplish even 1 week ahead of time. *Studio Manager, was always on Facebook and Youtube.. which he made it not legal to all employees to view facebook and youtube. *does not take care of the employees that are valuable.. even for the senior ones. * A lot of bureaucracy, a lot of resignations and almost every year, there is retrenchment / Lay-off.
