Pros

Involving in finishing great GL games, seeing my name in "about" part :p, having great coworkers (especially in development department in the same studio) that always help each other, if you work hard you may get promoted quickly because there are many employees that plan to resign.

Cons

Very bad salary, too much overtime (the superiors that are from different countries WON'T CARE about your family, culture, health, and even your country's independence day), very greedy HQ (they prefer in-app-purchasing to good game assets), giving many promises (more bonuses, day-offs, facilities) but very little to be fulfilled.

Pros

Salary and bonuses are base on efforts and results, interresting projects of different graphic style and technical constraints, plenty of rooms for self improvement, many talented people, great studio manager, if you're motivated, good things will happen to you!

Cons

Studio is growing, and still in the process of sorting employees, some of them have a negative attitude...

Pros

You can easily make friends at Gameloft Montreal. The workplace is great, if you don't work on Disney Dreamlight Valley… I can eat free croissants at the office.

Cons

Where do I start? I have never seen a work environment as toxic as Dreamlight Valley. Most people outside of management are completely destroyed. They work too much under ridiculous pressure to deliver what the leadership thinks is normal. We just lost one of our art lead who was about to lose her sanity. I cannot sleep, I'm always stressed, and my producer often yells at me so I produce more. They use people until they are completely burned, then they replace them by new people. On top of that I don't think there is one other studio that pays less than Gameloft. Salaries are very low.
