Pros

Good people to work with well some of them.

Cons

No mercy for overtime and crunchtime work. Sleeping in the office is something normal

Pros

Leading company with the best professionals in its team. There is a permanent push to deliver the best product possible with little indulgence for low quality products.

Cons

The company strategy is bound to the stock performance. So there is no long term strategy possible as a manager. You work on a day to day basis and the best indicator is the stock level.

Pros

If you're passionate about video game development, Gameloft is an accessible avenue to enter the business. Also overtime is payed and there is often needed.

Cons

Inconsiderate management and atypical working hours. Also the company has recently decided to produce very low (read "no") complexity games full of InApp Purchase content. This is the backwater of game design and I think it should be generally avoided.
