Pros

Cons

No development, Only porting work is there. So you have to continue to work on your technical knowledge. Salaries, benefits and increments are not so good .

Chaos, frustration and random overtime

Business Outlook

Pros

People are nice and very talented individuals You can learn a lot from co-workers They make games and distribute them worldwide

Cons

Random management decissions They don't usually know what they want, but they know for sure when they want it Hardware, tools, and codebase usually suck No work-life balance No incentivation Random overtime You can easily find yourself trashing good work over and over You'll be working on copies of successful games from other companies Unexperienced people at top management A lot of time wasted because of internal politics involved in every aspect
