Pros

- One of the biggest players, you really feel like you're making a difference - Open office model, middle managers sit side-by-side with 'lesser' employees - Most middle managers are nice to work with - Tech standards are generally high, you're motivated to do a good job

Cons

- Inter-studio cooperation could be improved, working with off-site programmers is often frustrating due to cultural and work ethics differences - Work in some departments is often tense, and the open office model does mean you feel others' frustration - Low standards in the past have created a difficult-to-maintain legacy code base

Pros

Excellent ambience, nice people, videogames all around, nice activities. Such a pleasure to work here, really funny!

Cons

Low salaries, no perspective of growing, as the more you can get is a simple anual revision of you salarie, that's really low. And I've heard of people that waited for more than 6 months waiting for that revision.
