Pros

You get to talk to most interesting people in the world, many grew up playing games. It's a dream job for everybody who loves to play and discuss games

Cons

Management could use more work, boring projects, developers don't get to decide much about game content

Funny place, awful management

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

- Awesome coworkers - Entry point to video game industry

Cons

- Low wage - HQ management is awful. No experience on software development. Moved by last-minute whims - Overtime is assumed, but it's usually needed because of crappy management. - Lack of communication - Lack of documentation on company-wide tools/libraries

Pros

Enjoy the work while in the office. No stress if you have interest and curiosity to learn. Very friendly work culture along with no formalities on dress code which gives a very open and easy sense for a employee while coming to office. Good in services related to employees. Well managed.Flexible timing.

Cons

Pay is bit less than an employee should get even if he is experienced and working in the same company for years. A bit lack in communication facility in providing transportation for employees.
