Good place to work at, a lot of freedom and opportunities to work on interesting projects

- Rated one of the top mobile game developers in the world (that means quite a bit, especially when you've decided to progress to your next employer). - A lot of freedom at work place. - Interesting projects to work on. - Regular review and potentially 4 times pay raise per year (If your performence match) - Beer in office!!! - Free drink and snack. - Company events. - Computer games for everyone. - Studio manager in Shenzhen studio was brilliant. - Company structure was simple, management was good.

Cons

- Career development unclear, especially for offshore studios. - No longer provide bonus. - Studio in Shenzhen wasn't mature enough to handle good projects (could change overtime) - Overtime was quite evil during project rush, and no overtime pay (to be fair no company in china pays for ot, unless you are a contractor/freelancer).
