Pros

Your entry requires you to make games. So that's the only happiest moment, when you have made a complete game yourself. After that its all porting, not a even a bit of coding. Everyone except the management and producers are talented. So good to interact with them.

Cons

Management is a comprises of people who have whole of things to are for apart from the company. Producers to whom you have to report to are mere MBA recruits who don't know a shard about technical details. So you can pity yourself in trying to make these guys understand each and every thing that you have done from scratch. There is absolutely no development in Hyd studio and for sure after 6 months, you will forget even basic syntax your your coding language. Salaries are low and absolutely no employee benefits. In short every guy who enters here starts looking for a new job soon after 2 months here.
