- Benefits; - Co-workers; - It's a good experience for beginners, so if you want to start in the game market can be a good choice; - Games with potential; - Agile Methodology; - Engaged professionals.

Cons

- Directors made choices without looking at the market, and don't believe in their professionals; - Start a project, and after a lot of interventions of updating only tools and not leaving the teams to finish or create new features, abandon the project; - Lose a lot of professionals because of that behaviors but don't learn from them.

- Has a lot of great benefits - Pays a good salary if you can show that you are worth it. - Most of the coworkers are incredible people.

Cons

- Management is straight up terrible, they are sinking the company with their bad ideas. - A lot of micromanagement, from a lot of different teams. - Don't expect any promotion after a few years at the company. Get a better offer somewhere else and try to get a counter offer. Or just leave. - Communication among all teams is awful. - Management does not like people working from home/remotely.
