Good Work/Life Balance/Good Benefits: 2 WFH days per week, Summer Fridays, Paid holidays/PTO, maternity leave

Cons

Toxic culture, lack of direction and strategy from leadership, no clear structure, a lot of new hires with no real knowledge and/or experience for roles, constant micromanaging from leadership who refuse to let people close to the business make decisions
