      Pros

      The only thing good about the company is the fact they still exsist!

      Cons

      Since the purchase ny Nestle', the factory in Fremont has gone down hill rapidly. Managers have individual motives and will "screw over" their fellow managers or subordinates. There is no integrity within upper management.

      Pros

      I worked in Fremont, MI which is Gerber's Hometown. A large portion of the community and staff that work at Gerber. Friendly, Trusting and Secure Atmosphere. Great Pay, Amazing Benefits, and the company overall appreciates their associates and lets them know it!

      I don't really have any... it was a great place to work!
