      Good pay for geographical area. Decent health benefits. Defined pension plan and company match 401K. Great people on the floor.

      Cons

      Alternative work schedules make home life difficult for some. No accountability at supervisor level. Weak labor union. Little solidarity between members and committee.

      Great team of smart individuals. You will learn a lot. Super collaborative company.

      In my time there was a lot of turnover, especially in leadership. Systems are a bit antiquated. Not much work life balance.

      -Director/Region Manager coaching is awesome -Work culture is fantastic (no back stabbing) -Companies mission -1000 day portfolio -Pay and benefits -Science based products -Areas of advancement -New CEO has made some excellent changes to company!

      -Portfolio changes -Bonus structure -Not enough Indian's in regions -Other region management needs to be monitored. Heard horror stories from reps on not having -Weaknesses in product portfolio
