      Pros

      RWDSU union jobs that pay well. Hiring is done at nestlejobs.com. You do a 60 day probationary period then get to bid on jobs, most of which pay over $20 an hour.

      Not as good as it was before Nestle now health insurance costs more than it use to

      Pros

      There are very few positives to this place. Hopefully the senior management changes can help clean it up. Can't keep up this cycle.

      Cons

      Too many to list, but it starts with management. VP and field sales directors are incompetent tyrants. They refuse to listen to the field or to the customer. There are 5 reasons sales are in a rapid decline- the VP and the 4 directors.

      There used to be good reasons to work there, but management has killed them off. Can't come up with a single pro.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Upper management doesn't know their business. Place people in a position to fail. It is no wonder people are leaving in droves.
