My experience from initial contact to my first month at Nestle has been great. Starting with initial contact, my recruiter was regularly in touch with pertinent updates that I really appreciated. This flow of clear communication continued right through to the day I started with Nestle. On my first day, I received the same kind of up-front communications which included the HR onboarding and the follow up training I needed to become quickly acclimated and to ensure that I understood what to expect from Nestle and what I needed to do to ensure my journey was a pleasant and rewarding experience. In all, I’d have to say that this was the most put-together and enjoyable onboarding I’d ever been through. Kudos for the great employee orientation, at Nestle when they say Hire to Retire, I saw it in action from day one.
