      High Quality Great brand for the best consumer Empowerment

      Cons

      Stiffling at times due to cross functions being so silo'd amongst a larger parent company (Nestle). Less collabrotive with sr. management and across functions as it once was.

      As a new employee, each individual I have been in contact with have been extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Throughout the entire interview process, I have felt like everyone that works for Nestle Gerber genuinely love their position and company. It's been very refreshing to find a company culture that values its people and want their employees to be both happy and healthy.

      Very long hours which leave you with no work/life balance. Incompetent mid-level managers who are 'spared' and given a pass because they are in the "boys club" and blame their shortcomings on you because they don't know how to mentor and develop you. Its a poor culture where back-stabbing and throwing each other under the bus is a common practice. People who don't know how to get ahead on their own merit, try to do so by making the other person look bad. Slow and antiquated systems, and poor technology that makes working from home virtually impossible.
