The health insurance is a so so and grandfathered pension is better than nothing

Management is the worst. They will lie all the time in your face and talk about employees behind their backs. They don't listen to employees ideas or suggestions but if they come up with the same idea, low and behold they think they are so smart and brilliant! It's a backstabbing ruthless world in that plant. Every 2 or 3 years they will rid of a bunch of people and they call it restructuring and downsizing. They think this brings them more money because of their ignorant company decisions that had flopped. Then they want to lessen the pay rate for new comers who will work there for 2 or 3 years. Unless you can brown nose very well, the positions here are not known for hard work. employees are nothing but a number. with company's bad decision comes a price...at the employees expenses.
