Pros
Was a great company to work for 10 years ago. Great benefits and bonus.
Cons
Company has over extended itself and is now running at a loss and forced to reduce all benefits and staff in an effort to save the business. They will continue to close locations to further reduce costs. This is creating a negative work environment for all employees. Each week employee's wait to see if they are next to be released in an effort to reduce cost further.
